We bought two of the XL Twin size to replace our King size mattress, and use them on a pair of matching adjustable bases. We’ve only had them a couple of weeks, but so far we're both happy with them! This 14" thich mattress works well with the adjustable base, though a thinner mattress might work better.

I work at a mattress store... all we sell are mattresses. That being said, my expectations are always high, and my standards are as well. This mattress feels EXACTLY the same as our previous queen size that was more than double the price. It is so unbelievably comfortable and supportive. Its worth the price for sure and i would buy it again tenfold if we need more mattresses in the future for other rooms

This mattress was delivered in a beat up box but the product was still tightly rolled and unaffected by the box abuse. It was extremely heavy and definitely needed 2 people to pull it out of the box and unwrap it in place. Upon removing the 2 layers of wrap, the mattress instantly inflated. The instructions say it could take 72 hours. While i did sleep on it that first night, i think that it got a little more comfortable the 2nd and 3rd nights. The mattress itself is quite comfortable. Very soft, but still somewhat firm. My biggest complaint is that the mattress is soooo slippery the sheets won't stay on! I have deep pocket sheets and every time I move slightly, the sheet bunches up and pops off the corner of the mattress. I tried putting a mattress protector in between the mattress and sheet. That only resulted in the mattress and the protector bunching up and popping off the corner! I hype to find a solution but in the meantime, it's quite frustrating.

Cooling fabric, handles on the size and zipped enclosure so you can wash. We enjoy the comfort of this mattress. My daughter insists its her favorite comfy bed.

Overall, if you're willing to give it a couple of days to settle, this mattress delivers a comfortable and supportive sleeping experience.

I waited a week to write my review so I could evaluate the features and comfort of the mattress. Before you buy, consider the height of the mattress. Options are 9” or 14”. I opted for the 14”, not realizing it is too tall for me to sit on the edge and put my shoes on. There were no unpacking instructions. The box was heavy and bulky-definitely needed two people to maneuver it in to place. The mattress info in minutes and we were able to sleep on it the first night. I find the mattress very comfortable. I am sleeping through the night, unlike my old mattress when I would toss and turn. I don't notice the “cooling” feature - temperature feels the same as my 8 year old mattress. Overall, I am happy with it.

You guys this mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. It keeps me cool it's soft yet firm in someplace. It's just like what my back needs very easy to get out of the box. The box was a little crushed when it came to my house, but other than that, everything was in tapped very easy set up and so very comfortable!!! I'll probably end up having to upgrade my children children's beds to this brand

My wife wanted to replace our $2,500 Stearns & Foster mattress because she sunk into her sleeping position after a few years (the mattress basically had divots in it where we slept). I didn't want to spend another $2,500 on a mattress so we compromised on our first ever mattress in a box. So far, it's been great. The only advice I'd add is medium is firmer than we expected. We're not disappointed - and we haven't tried the plush or firm - just saying our experience with the medium is that it's more like "medium-firm."

I am extremely happy with this Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection mattress. From the very first night, I noticed a big difference in comfort and support. Thos mattress is great! I chose the hybrid because I've been sleeping on a memory foam mattress for a few years and it's starting to wear out. This one has memory foam and springs ans can be used with several types of bed frames ( I have a platform bed). It's pretty thick so i believe any sleeping style could find a good spot. You don't necessarily need a boxspring like a regular mattress so that saves you some money. Also, be ready for a 2 person lift.. it weighs over 100lbs!!!
