Take the time to allow your mattress to expand to its original size. Once you allow this you will have an amazing mattress. I love soft and my husband loves firm, this mattress falls just right for us both. This is a hybrid so you get an amazing level of comfort with the memory foam. It also works on the sleep bed frames that adjust, great investment.

I absolutely LOVE this mattress! It is so comfortable and is the perfect firmness. It comes with a removable, washable cover that simply zips off which is a wonderful feature. It's nice and deep while not so thick that sheets don't fit it. I highly recommend this for a fabulous night's sleep!

This is a high quality mattress that is around half the cost of a name brand mattress of a similar type. It does give you a cooling effect as well as sufficient support to get a good night's sleep. I'm very happy I purchased this mattress, because it checks all the boxes of comfort and stability for a product of this type. It takes around a day to expand after you take it out of the wrapper, and I like the feel of the fabric that encases the mattress. Very good purchase. Highly recommend it.

I already love memory foam mattresses. This was a step above what I have used in the past. I love the washable cover. Simply unzip and wash. I have some back issues and the way this fits to my back provides for a great sleep. I wake up relieved. I am a hot sleeper and the cooling technology really helped.

You guys this mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. It keeps me cool it's soft yet firm in someplace. It's just like what my back needs very easy to get out of the box. The box was a little crushed when it came to my house, but other than that, everything was in tapped very easy set up and so very comfortable!!! I'll probably end up having to upgrade my children children's beds to this brand

This mattress is AMAZING! It is medium firm and I was a little skeptical at first because I typically only buy firm. It was easy to unfold. I loved it came wrapped twice with plastic so it doesn't just fly open as soon as you start to unpack it. The mattress is plush and you would think you are going to sink in but when you lay on it, it hugs your body. It provides so much support and is extremely comfortable. This is an absolute must buy. It is definitely a 10/10

I've been using the Hotel Premiere 14” Hybrid Medium King mattress and overall it's been a great upgrade. It has a true medium feel—comfortable but still supportive. The hybrid design does a nice job relieving pressure while keeping my back aligned, and I've noticed less motion disturbance from my partner at night. It also sleeps fairly cool and has good edge support, which makes the full king size more usable. The only downsides are that it's heavy to move and not super plush, so it may feel a bit firm if you prefer a softer mattress. There was a slight smell at first, but it went away quickly. Overall, a solid, comfortable mattress for the price

Best nights sleep i have had in such a long time. This mattress is plush, so comfortable, its perfect for me. Its thick perfect firmness for my confront level. Its high which is great. I don't like thin mattresses. Great quality. Its expands very fast and adjust. This is an awesome matress. Its memory foam 5". Its great for my back. It has cooling technology. Its just amazing.
