I already love memory foam mattresses. This was a step above what I have used in the past. I love the washable cover. Simply unzip and wash. I have some back issues and the way this fits to my back provides for a great sleep. I wake up relieved. I am a hot sleeper and the cooling technology really helped.

After getting 3 defective Nectar Premium mattresses in a row, I decided to give up on Nectar. I took a chance on this mattress from Sam's. I purchased a Medium and couldn't be happier with it. I would say it's actually firmer that the Nectar Premium. I have a bad back, hips and knees. I am now able to enjoy pain-free sleep!

I absolutely LOVE this mattress! It is so comfortable and is the perfect firmness. It comes with a removable, washable cover that simply zips off which is a wonderful feature. It's nice and deep while not so thick that sheets don't fit it. I highly recommend this for a fabulous night's sleep!

Hard to say long term how I would rate this mattress and I don't think you'll ever find one outside a sleep number where both people are fully happy. I will say the matress in comfy. To husband it's more springy than our prior mattress. Not to the point of disrupting the other person, but you can feel the springiness. It is a great side sleeper mattress. Took a little more than 24 hours from opening to be ready to use. Has a nice removeable topper for washing. The topper is smooth so our egyptian cotton sheets come off easily, whereas the basic flannel stays on better. Husband does think mattress feels warmer than out previous, but I didn't notice.

We are really happy with our new King size 14 inch hybrid mattress. The mattress is very thick and is very comfortable. It fit perfectly in a new platform bed frame that we purchased to go with it. This mattress is heavy, substantial but also breathable. It's something that will last a long time. It's been a great addition to our home.

The Member's Mark Hotel Premier 14-inch Hybrid Medium Queen mattress is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and value. First, it offers excellent support with the hybrid design with coils and memory foam, helping keep your body aligned while you sleep. Second, the cooling gel technology keeps the mattress comfortable throughout the night, preventing overheating and no sweaty feeling like older versions, we have had in the past. Finally, it provides a perfect balance of softness and firmness, making it ideal for a variety of sleep positions and ensuring a restful, comfortable night's sleep. Definitely considering transitioning the rest of the house to these for the rest of the family.

I recently purchased the Hotel Premier Collection Medium Firm Mattress, and overall I'm really impressed. The setup process was incredibly easy—everything arrived well-packaged, and it expanded quickly without any issues. Within a short time, it was ready to use. In terms of comfort, it hits a great balance. The medium-firm feel provides solid support while still being comfortable enough to relieve pressure points. It works well whether you're a back, side, or combination sleeper, and I've noticed a big improvement in sleep quality since switching. It also feels very durable and well-made. The materials seem high quality, and it holds its shape nicely without sagging. Even after consistent use, it still feels just as supportive as day one. Overall, this mattress is a great value—easy setup, comfortable, and built to last. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable medium-firm option.

I am extremely happy with this Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection mattress. From the very first night, I noticed a big difference in comfort and support. The hybrid design really gives you the best of both worlds—the memory foam layers feel soft and contour nicely, while the pocket coils provide excellent support and keep everything feeling stable. One of my favorite features is how cool it sleeps. The cooling cover and gel memory foam really seem to work—I don't wake up overheated like I have with other mattresses. It's a great balance of softness and firmness (I'd say true medium), which works well whether you sleep on your back or side. Setup was simple, and the quality feels impressive for the price. It honestly has that “hotel bed” feel right at home. If you're looking for a comfortable, supportive, and cooling mattress without spending a fortune, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

This 14-inch mattress strikes a great balance between comfort and support, making it a solid choice for a wide range of sleepers. The medium support level feels just right—not too firm and not too soft—so it provides enough cushioning for pressure points while still keeping your body properly aligned. Whether you sleep on your back, side, or a mix of both, it adapts well and offers a comfortable night's rest. One thing to be aware of is that when you first unbox the mattress, there is a noticeable smell. This is clearly mentioned in the instructions and is fairly common with new mattresses that are vacuum-sealed. While it might be a bit strong at first, it's temporary and fades away within about 2 to 3 days once the mattress has fully expanded and aired out. After that initial period, the mattress really shines. It feels plush yet supportive, and the thickness adds an extra layer of comfort that makes a difference. Overall, if you're willing to give it a couple of days to settle, this mattress delivers a comfortable and supportive sleeping experience.

We absolutely love this mattress! The mattress is so incredibly comfortable. We love that it is Cooling so it helps us not sleep so hot and helps ensure that we get a full nights rest. Our kids always ask to sleep in our bed because it’s so comfortable
