I bought a king size for my bed about 6 months ago and still love it. Replaced an old mattress on my son's bed with this one and it is great. Puffed right up out of the box to full size and he is sleeping great on it. I even had to sleep in with him one night and had no back pain in the morning like with the old mattress. Best deal online!

Bought two of these for bunk beds, the kids were sleeping on the ones that came with the set and the older one was complaining about it being uncomfortable. Upon setting the beds up they were rather high for the top bunk but that's ok i'll modify the bunk and put a higher bar support if I have to. Anyway, I set up the beds and last night i decided to try it out... I laid down and wasn't even really that tired but wow, closed my eyes for a few mins and actually passed out! This thing is comfortable, and has an amazing firmness I didn't think it would have seeing as how it was packaged. Woke up 5 hours later with no pains and felt refreshed. There is a little new bed smell that will clear out in a day, but it's a small price to pay for the quality of the bed. I was very hesitant to order a mattress online without trying it out but the reviews were so great that I decided to give it a try. Very glad I did! I ordered 2 of these for my teenagers. They both love them and have slept great every night since they got them a week ago. The mattress seems to be of good quality and is very comfortable from the beginning. It is very soft but seems very supportive. I have back pain and I felt comfortable when I tried it out. It was fun to watch it when we opened it. The box does not seem big enough to hold a full size mattress but it did. The mattress sort of popped open and fluffed up pretty quickly. I have not noticed any smell at all and I have an extremely sensitive nose. Overall we are very pleased with this purchase and I feel it is a very good price for a great product.

I bought one about 4 months ago. I'm 64 5'10' 250 lbs. I've got chronic back pain. The foam-spring combo works very well. This has made the back better. I was a little apprehensive about a vacuum pack mattress but it has worked out very well. As noted in other reviews it has a soft edge. If you roll to the edge you can start to slide off. Give it a try.

I was supprised that they could get a queensized mattress in such a small box. Mattress is very firm but the pillow top makes it a good rest. Ironically, I received another one the very next week and had to call Sams Club to return it so that I didn't charged for a second one.

I ordered this product for a Hide-a-Bed that I built for guests to use. The HaB does not have a box spring. I was surprised by the small package the product was shipped in(FedEx). The mattress is greatly compressed/vacuum packed/folded then shipped in a much smaller box. Be careful to open the box in an area as large as the mattress size. Once the vacuum package is perforated and removed it wil take two full days for the mattress to assume its full size and firmness. I like how the mattress feels. Guests have mentioned how comfortable it is. I an very pleased with the purchase. It does not require a box spring. The only downside is that all mattresses were made locally providing local jobs. With this technology mattresses can now be shipped from china at reasonable cost.

I tried waterbeds, regular foam mattresses and others, After 6 surgeries to my back and one neck fusion I found this bed and enjoyed it from the first night. It is rated a 3 on the chart and it is on the firmer side but for me it does conform to my painful points on my body and supports me quite well. If you are looking for something softer look for a number 2 rating.. For me this bed has been the right choice. It was a gamble but well worth it.

I thought it was just settling from unrolling it out of the package but to this day only 3 months later it has these waves of lumps as if the coils or layers are all bunched up inside. I think it was just built wrong and defective. In the pics you can clearly see waves or bumps in the mattress. This is the inner layers. Also...the dark spots shown are not dirt. That is all pilling or lint from anything it touches. It catches any fabric against it and tears the lint off like a lint roller. I want to exchange it for a different mattress but dont know how to. Am very very angry about this. Waste of money. Is there anyone at Zinus who can help.

We didn't want to spend a lot of money on a new mattress because it was for our camper, so after doing some on-line research, we decided on this mattress from Sam's. I've never owned or slept on a mattress w/o a box spring, so I was a little apprehensive on the comparability aspect. My husband was the first one to sleep on it & he was more than happy at how comfy it was. And considering the 8" mattress that used to be in our camper, WOW is this mattress nice!! If we had the need for another mattress, I'd definitely purchase another one, but in king size as that's what we're used to sleeping on. For the cost & so far, the durability, this mattress is definitely cost effective & money well spent. P.S. Don't worry about the fact it's shipped all rolled up in a box. This has no effect on the wear or the mattress. Also, there's no odor like some mattresses like this have. Ready to sleep on in a matter of 6 hours after unpackaging it.

Easy to order, fast shipping, great price for a very comfortable 12" mattress. Ordered two of these mattresses on a Friday and they arrived on Wednesday. I'm not usually comfortable ordering things online, especially a mattress, but this one worked out great! Amazing how they roll them up in a 4x2.5x2.5 box, but it's done very efficiently and they fluff right up when unpacked – plus you don't have a whole mattress sitting on your doorstep till you get home. Would definitely recommend this mattress. One of the easiest purchases I've ever made.
