The size of this blender, in my opinion is really good if you have a large family or you are just making a large portion of the thing your blending. The blender doesn’t wear off like the other blenders I have used and the blender is very durable and the power is very strong and can blend any types of textures. For this blender it doesn’t need that much maintenance since it is easy to wash and also doesn’t have complicated parts so it you use a blender a lot you don’t give to wash multiple things which in my opinion makes this blender good.

We purchased 2 of these food processors from Ninja now. They work great until they break, which has now happened to each of them less than 6 months after purchase. The bottom literally separates, and it's obvious the plastic simply sheared off from torque pressure. We thought the first time was a fluke, so we got another. Sad to say, no fluke.

Initially, I absolutely loved this appliance in spite of cutting my fingers washing the blades. I thought this thing would last a century as the motor is very powerful. After a little over a year using it to make salsa probably once a month, the bottom of the chopping cup literally came apart. I have the other blender cup but figure it will be short lived too. I loved this appliance so much but quality is definitely a concern. The blade mechanism literally separated from the cup. I’m sure it hasn’t been used much at all. A new cup is very expensive and I figure that I’m better off replacing the food processor with a cuisinart than buy another cup. The blades and lid and most of the cup are intact. The bottom of the dicing mechanism separated from the rest. I’m not happy about that. My family loves homemade salsa and salsa was the primary reason I bought this thing. I imagined using it at least a dozen years. Well, one year is the life span of the cup. You’re better off buying a better food processor than trying to replace cups. The motor would probably last through a dozen cups or pitchers but the cost of replacements make it a terrible option.

Owned for ~6 weeks - very disappointed. Construction is minimal [eg: compared to Vitamix]. Used it primarily to make smoothies. When container/jar is filled to 3/4+ capacity (pineapple, berries, etc.] plus liquid , fruit fibers accumulate on extractor tine/blade knife edges adding drag on the motor causing the whole assembly to vibrate/shake and burden. When cleaning w/ soap/water only, machine sometimes stops altogether and displays an error code. Power cycling clears the error code. It appears after 5+ weeks of daily usage weakened the motor and/or possibly dulled the tine/blade edges such that on one occasion the container/jar vibrated loose [unwound] on several occasions stopping the machine. So glad for Sams' return policy.

I've had to replace the lid to the processor bowl twice. The quality of material used in this product is poor at best. The piece that secures the lid to the bowl is plastic and has snapped off three times now. I will not replace the part for the third time, I am looking for another brand.

Blends any and everything. I'm able to make smoothies in this with all kinds of ingredients fruits greens ice and veggies. Its easy to use and just as easy to clean. Its very easy to maintain this as their isn't much to do. I even use this to help me prep certain things for dinners, especially if I need purees or smooth additives for my meals.

Honestly, after using this 1 time to chop vegetables, I don't know how I've lived without one of these! That alone, to me, was worth the price of purchase! The only problem I have, is deciding which of the million and one things I want to do with this little beauty. Very reasonably priced, and came with 2 32 ounce blending cups, which I have not seen ANYWHERE else. Clean up is a snap, and I've read you can put together pasta dough with this! My life was made much easier by my sweet husband, who bought it for me!
