Bursts of flavor!

Wow! These burst with flavor. They are meaty and have plenty jalapeno bits. I don't actually taste the cheese, but they are nice and smokey. The casing is tender enough, once fried, and although pierced a few places while cooking, if you let them cool a little bit the moisture doesn't burst out every direction when biting them.
