Honestly, this happens to be one of my favorite sausages on the market. Great flavor and on the smoker you can't go wrong.

We Love this sausage. We cooked quarter size pieces and added to a recent Paella dinner party and it was the perfect compliment to our meal. Not too Smokey and just the right amount of heat. We’ve told everyone to buy it!

These sausages are fantastic! They have a noticeable spice kick. On a heat scale of 1-5, with 5 being the hottest, I’d rate them as a 3 or 4. While they may have other uses, I've enjoyed them best on their own (with or without a bun) or incorporated into pasta, stir-fry with vegetables, and more. I don’t think you'll be disappointed!

Delicious. Coarse textured—not pulverized into moosh and forced into a casing. Great melding of flavors, the jalapeno, cheese. Not too spicy but my nose did run just a little bit. Very healthy without nitrites, nor fake flavors nor coloration. Natural casings. Good for flavoring chowder.

​These sausages are incredibly flavorful and have the perfect snappy casing. They have a rich, smoky flavor with a generous amount of real cheddar pocketed throughout. The jalapeño gives them a nice, noticeable kick, but it isn't so overwhelmingly hot that it burns your mouth. They grid up beautifully and stay juicy inside. Getting a 12-pack is a fantastic value for cookouts or quick weeknight meals. Definitely buying these again!

So far I love this product as is. If it changes (like products often do) for the worst, I will no longer purchase this. As for now, I buy this every other week non stop for almost a year.

My family and I really liked these. They were very flavorful, and grilled very well on the grill. Other brands open up too much and make a mess. These didn’t.

Tried this item for yhe first time and I was surprised...is tasty has fired but no overwhelming. Got a good balance withbthe dpiceness of the jalapeño and cheese.

They are quite flavorful and a make a nice, easy, and quick addition to a meal.

These are pretty darn good jalapeno cheddar sausages. Are they raw German-Texan sausages ready for your smoker? No. These are fully cooked and already smoked, but work well when reheated on the grill and then sliced diagonally into ovals to be served on a plate with some BBQ chicken, pork ribs, or smoked turkey. I could also see these working really well in a rattlesnake pasta or mixed in with some shrimp for shrimp & grits.
