These are some of the BEST sausages!!!! The flavor is outstanding! The first time I purchased these I was not expecting much, because most sausages I have purchased from major stores are just mediocre. I have bought these multiple times now and I sincerely hope that Sam's Club continues to keep these on the reorder list!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

​These sausages are incredibly flavorful and have the perfect snappy casing. They have a rich, smoky flavor with a generous amount of real cheddar pocketed throughout. The jalapeño gives them a nice, noticeable kick, but it isn't so overwhelmingly hot that it burns your mouth. They grid up beautifully and stay juicy inside. Getting a 12-pack is a fantastic value for cookouts or quick weeknight meals. Definitely buying these again!

These have great flavor with some heat. I cook up the whole batch at one time and then just microwave one or more when needed. Makes a very fast lunch or dinner. They are also very good as a breakfast sausage.

These sausages are fantastic! They have a noticeable spice kick. On a heat scale of 1-5, with 5 being the hottest, I'd rate them as a 3 or 4. While they may have other uses, I've enjoyed them best on their own (with or without a bun) or incorporated into pasta, stir-fry with vegetables, and more. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Great flavor, texture and value. Perfect for grilling. Works great for any recipe calling for sausage, and leftover is even great cold sliced as appetizer. I freeze them separately on a sheet pan then place in freezer bag for convenience of using one or many at a time.

Delicious. Coarse textured—not pulverized into moosh and forced into a casing. Great melding of flavors, the jalapeno, cheese. Not too spicy but my nose did run just a little bit. Very healthy without nitrites, nor fake flavors nor coloration. Natural casings. Good for flavoring chowder.

I have grilled and air fried these sausages and used them with a boxed jambalaya. They are really good in every application. They have a thicker style casing that has a snap to it, but not so thick as to be unpleasant. It's always hard to address spicey heat in a review, since individual tastes vary so much. If your familiar with jalapeno peppers, you know the seeds and the ribs are where the real heat comes from. These sausages appear to be absent seeds and ribs, but they do contain actual pepper flesh, rather than some fake pepper like concoction. That alone speaks to the quality of them. So the big question, how hot are they? If you have no tolerance at all for "hot" foods, they probably aren't for you, since they do contain jalepino's. If you are okay with very mild heat, you should be fine. I'd consider these mild, compared to, medium salsa for example.

This product can be used to make any dish that you want to when using smoked sausage. Gives everything a delicious flavor and added zesty flavor. This product enables you to make quick family meals that your family loves.

These are pretty darn good jalapeno cheddar sausages. Are they raw German-Texan sausages ready for your smoker? No. These are fully cooked and already smoked, but work well when reheated on the grill and then sliced diagonally into ovals to be served on a plate with some BBQ chicken, pork ribs, or smoked turkey. I could also see these working really well in a rattlesnake pasta or mixed in with some shrimp for shrimp & grits.

Not the best tasting meat. I found this to be bland and slightly taste like jalapeño. I would not buy these again.
