Honestly, this happens to be one of my favorite sausages on the market. Great flavor and on the smoker you can't go wrong.

We Love this sausage. We cooked quarter size pieces and added to a recent Paella dinner party and it was the perfect compliment to our meal. Not too Smokey and just the right amount of heat. We’ve told everyone to buy it!

Delicious. Coarse textured—not pulverized into moosh and forced into a casing. Great melding of flavors, the jalapeno, cheese. Not too spicy but my nose did run just a little bit. Very healthy without nitrites, nor fake flavors nor coloration. Natural casings. Good for flavoring chowder.

This sausage is the MOST amazing thing I have eaten in a LONG time. I am so excited to go back and buy more. Makes my stomach growl just thinking about it. I found a sausage and pepper skillet recipe on Pinterest and used these sausages. It was AMAZING. Ate them for lunch for over a week in that.

These sausages are fantastic! They have a noticeable spice kick. On a heat scale of 1-5, with 5 being the hottest, I’d rate them as a 3 or 4. While they may have other uses, I've enjoyed them best on their own (with or without a bun) or incorporated into pasta, stir-fry with vegetables, and more. I don’t think you'll be disappointed!

Excellent quality very good Everything‘s very good cooks. Well, just perfect amount of cheese as well as spices. I definitely will buy this in the future keep up the good quality, please. A lot of companies start off with a good product and they go downhill. But so far so good definitely would buy and would try.

These are delicious. Succulent and juicy smoked sausage with LOTS of cheddar cheese and fresh pieces of jalapeño. Not too spicy, just delicious and great on the grill. Better than Johnsonville and Mission barbecue sausages.

So glad we tried these. They're now a staple in our house. Unexpected guests arrived and had nothing else to offer. Added some mashed potatoes and they loved them.

They are quite flavorful and a make a nice, easy, and quick addition to a meal.
