I use these cut up and place in beans and rice. Have not had to add much seasoning. I would def recommend these to anyone who likes a little kick with their food.

Sausages have full flavor and lots of cheese inside. There is just enough jalapeño to get your attention. On the grill, they announce they are ready when cheese starts to break through the casing. Downside is the very tough casing.

No bad at all. My husband loves these. You can see and taste the jalapeños and cheese. I noticed I had to poke holes in them when air fried. Thank me later…

We have bought just about every brand of Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage in our area and none have the taste these have, most come out rather bland but these you can taste the cheddar and the bite of the jalapeno.

We Love this sausage. We cooked quarter size pieces and added to a recent Paella dinner party and it was the perfect compliment to our meal. Not too Smokey and just the right amount of heat. We’ve told everyone to buy it!

This sausage is a good combination to go with peppers and onions. Just enough kick from the jalapeños to add to the flavor. Freezes well too. I bag up 3 per baggie and keep in freezer until needed. And it has cheese as well….yum!

Everyone at the cookout love these sausage very tasty.
