I am a few weeks in and Im not sure if I can really tel a difference in my nails, hair, or skin. Overall though I really like them and will continue the bottle for sure.

I started taking these mainly for my nails and hair. I have very brittle nails and wanted to make them stronger and of course make my hair healthier as well, I was only able to take them for about a month, I didn’t see a significant difference within that time but would consider taking them again for a longer period

I feel like it could have better ingredients for a supplement. I do think the overall look and taste is appealing and it's too soon to tell if they will help me grow out my hair.

I definitely had been needing to get back on a Biotin treatment. These did the trick! My nails are starting to restore to a healthy state. I think straight Biotin pills do work a little better, but the gummy chewable makes this much easier to take!
