This time around maybe its too soon to tell but my hair is definitely growing but no improvement in nails at least not yet. A major pro is they are tasty and more convenient if you dont want to swallow huge biotin pills.

I've been consuming them for 2 weeks and my nails are definitely stronger. My face has gotten brighter. The capsules worked for me before the gummies are more easier to consume. Tastes delicious, and the texture is great! Makes it so easy to take on a regular basis. Packaging keeps it fresh, and the lid is easy to open too. Unsure about efficacy, didn't notice significant changes. Ive used biotin and other hair vitamins for awhile, so I cant necessarily say if this specific product is working better or worse than others. I do wish it was a multivitamin though, as Ive started using a womens multi that has all of these nutrients and more. However if youre only looking for hair, skin & nail help, Id definitely recommend!!

It's a challenge for me when I have to take any type of vitamin with water so being able to take these by just chewing them is a win.
