I am 50+ and NEVER had nails. I get my nails done and have a hard time with cracking and chipping and nails peeling. I was sceptical to say the least. I decided to give this product a try. After one month, I HAVE nails. The esthetician commented and I told her I was taking Natures Bounty daily. She was very surprised and forwarded the information on to other clients with great reviews too. My toe nails have always broke and were thin. this is no longer the case. This is the first Hair Skin and nail gummy I've tried. I'm pretty happy with them and I'm excited to see results
