Texture is great too, it doesn't get stuck in your teeth like most gummy products do and it's easy to chew. I definitely reccomend it just from the taste alone, its worth giving a try

I haven't noticed any more growth than normal, but I have noticed a lot less breakage. The gummies are also yumtastic! I would definitely recommend.

Ive never tried the gummies before but I got these for free for testing purposes from my boss babe voxbox. I was really interested to see how they taste! I didnt like the taste much. I could definitely just chomp them down but overall not a fan of gummies. I definitely prefer the softgels they have and the product really does work to help hair skin and nails. Id say if you like gummy vitamins get these but if you like more of a quick throw down with water get the softgels. Either way I recommend because it does help with hair skin and nails

Ice only been using it for a week or so but I'm staying to notice a difference in my skin. It doesn't look as dull as before. My nails seem to be growing faster and they aren't breaking. Not much difference in my hair but I'm sure I'll update this soon with great news about my hair!!
