I really love how subtle the color of these is, it is strawberry flavored but thanks it is not crazy red vivid dyed color! I really dont like a lot of dye in anything that goes to my mouth. They also taste great, not too sweet and dont have a medicine taste to it and they dont leave an unpleasant taste and feeling in your throat as some vitamins do to me. They are basically like a gummy candy. Ive been taking them for less than a month so its really too early to say if they affect my health. I always want to take more than Im supposed to. So 5 stars on taste, easy to take, and no digestive issues or weird vitamin burps after.
