These taste great which is a huge part of why I remember to take them every day. I don’t know if I’ve seen much of a difference

I’ve been taking these on/off for years, and I think they’re just okay. I never saw any changes in my hair, skin, or nails.

This gummy tastes so yummy just like candy. I did not notice any changes since taking this vitamin yet. But well, I rather to eat this over candy😅

When I was trying to grow my hair back out when it was short I used these gummy’s and I really think they were helping plus they tasted pretty good
