They taste good but I didn’t see much a difference. I prefer to take collagen instead and have seen a big improvement from using it.

These are my everyday gummies that I always eat and they definitely make my nails healthy. I also feel that my hair and skin have improved extremely.

It was a good product but didn't feel it was very effective cause you need several servings a day. Slight difference I would say.
