it was okay, the taste wasn’t very good, it tasted kind of aritificial. they’re easy to swallow. i saw some results, mostly on my skin.

Nature valley hair skin and nails is effective. It has a great taste and a very smooth texture. I think it helps grow your nails and also your hair.
