It took a while to see the improvement, but my nails look better and stronger than I’ve ever seen them. They used to peel and split so bad I couldn’t get them to grow, they are looking so nice.

These are typically outstanding gummies, but our last order was dried out and all stuck together. We don't live close to a Sam's so we lost out on a whole bottle.

I started taking this because my hair was thinning and not growing. After two weeks, I am seeing a difference in the amount of hair collected in my hair brush. I haven’t seen a big difference in my nails or skin though.The gummies are tasty too.

The hair and nail gummies are just what they are called, gummies. They are all stuck together and to get a daily dosage out takes some effort. Don’t know if they’d been stored in a hot area or if they are old.

The vitamins taste great and they actually work. After wearing dip powder or gel for 4+ weeks, my nails aren’t as brittle when I remove the polish. The price point can’t be beat either. I highly recommend.

Love these gummies, they are nice and fresh and you get a the month supply in these big bottles. I've been taking them for about a month and have definitely noticed a change in my nail strength and condition. I can't say if it's improved my hair as I started a new hair growth routine at the same time I started taking these gummies.

I saw these on an internet list of 'The top five Biotin supplements that work'. They are number five on the list but also the most affordable. Do they work? Too soon to tell. I bought it primarily for my hair. Apparently I have to get through the whole bottle before I can expect to see results. I Can tell you that these are Yummy! It's hard to only eat two of them per day. So, be warned. lol I do think that my nails are getting stronger.

These are a little on the tart side. You can notice a slight grit on your teeth similar to chewy a "Tums", but nothing disagreeable. I have been taking them regularly and haven't noticed a difference yet. I bought a second container to continue taking, just to see if I eventually do.

I'ts hard for me to believe that these are viable after they are congealed into a gelatinous mess. Trying to get these things out of the little hole is laborius, painful, and irritating. I used a long-handled teaspoon and a fork to get them out. Only two fingers will fit in the hole to pry these things out. I finally got the big glob that is in the picture. Then you have to pick THOSE apart. It literally took over 30 minutes to transfer them to another container. This was NOT the first time this has happened. Found this info online: "When biotin gummies get congealed or melt into a single mass, the active vitamins become unevenly distributed throughout the blob. While the supplement doesn't become toxic, you will no longer get an accurate dose per serving. Furthermore, heat exposure can degrade the potency of the biotin."
