Once you open the container the jellies dry out. Still ok to eat and have tried putting in a more sealed container

Had to return these. They were hard as a rock. I thought they were going to pull the caps off my teeth!

I ran out of the collagen I typically use and decided to try these. They seem to work well and have a good taste.

It took a while to see the improvement, but my nails look better and stronger than I’ve ever seen them. They used to peel and split so bad I couldn’t get them to grow, they are looking so nice.

All the vitamins in the container were clumped togther; hard to even break them apart with a fork. This is the third bottle of 230 gummies I've purchased I don't notice any differance in my skin, hair, or nails. Pretty sure I'm done.
