I can not really tell if it worked or not. It tastes really good sometimes depends on if you are in the mood or not. I would change the flavor to a better one if I could.

I don't care for it. The taste is blah and honestly I didn't see any change after using it. Had my mom try a bottle and she didn't see a change! But what works for some isn't going to work for all.

These are my favorite gummies I have tried and they have really helps my nails to grow and my hair is really soft. The gummy flavor is like candy so I don't mind taking them everyday I actually look forward to it.

I use this product for my hair skin and nails and it works really great but high dosage can make you break out. It taste good and has a lot in there about two months.
