I use this vitamin for couple of years now. It’s does improve on my skin, hair and nail. It taste not sweer like candy. It’s not expensive either. Great value

I love vitamins in gummy form. They seem to settle in my tummy better than pills or capsules! The flavor is good and I believe that benefitted from using these for both my hair and nails.

They make my hair grow super fast, I got like 4 inches in like 2 weeks one time. They fix doubling nails super fast and make them grow and keep them strong but don't make a difference with skin. I've them 4 times now.

Used these as daily routine for vitamins , the gummy’s are tasty, has that fruity taste not too sweet, it does it job, the price is not too bad if you don’t like taking medication then these gummy’s is good for!!
