As someone who doesn't like taking pill this is a good alternative and it comes in a sweet gummy!! you will look forward to taking them everyday they give so many vitamins that we need on the daily

I've always stuck with Nature's Bounty for my vitamins, and these are even better because they come in a gummy. Great taste and much easier for me to remember than swallowing a pill everyday.

There's nothing life-changing about taking this vitamin it works pretty well if your looking for something to take to supplement for your hair, skin and nails.
