If your like me and you can’t take pills, this is the way to go!! It is so much easier to take, and I feel like I’m eating candy lol. Overall the product did its job. I will continue to use this product! Give it a try :)

I switched to the gummies because I hate taking pills but for some reason it just feels like I'm eating candy. That's how sweet they are. I dont think the added sugars is beneficial to my hair so I'm just going to switch back to the pills.
