These taste really great. However, I took for years and didn’t notice much of a difference. My hair didn’t grow any quicker and my skin and nails remained the same. I haven’t taken them for almost a year. I prefer taking liquid collagen over biotin.

I love these hair and nail gummies. They taste good and they work well. I buy this brand every time I run out of hair skin and nail vitamins. I recommend these to everyone.

I like these and the flavor was good as far as vitamins go. But honestly I can’t tell if they worked or not maybe I will try them again for awhile longer to gauge a real result, but they are a little pricey.
