I tried these, but didn't like the taste and I am not sure if it works. I just stop taking it and stick to my old routine of making my healthy smoothies and working out.

I love biotin these taste so good and they are amazing quality because I really see that being effective. The ingredients are also gray anesthetic package so you could take it every day with no worries.

They didn't seem to help my hair much but definitely helped my nails. They grew well and were much stronger. A bonus that they taste good as well. I feel like I could eat them all. Will continue to purchase.
