I was taking these every day for 3 months and although they tasted good, they seemed to make my skin break out. My hair did not seem to grow any longer but my nails did grow long and hard.

I love these vitamins. Theyve helped my hair & nails to grow longer & stronger than ever before. Im not a huge fan of the flavor, but its doable. I wouls recommend that anyone give these a try.
