Using this product consistently, I saw a great improvement in my hair growth and health, as well as my fingernails seemed stronger than before, even after I stopped having manicures with poly gel!

I do have to say that I like the taste of them primarily the strawberry flavor, although I'm not sure if they actually improved my hair, skin and nails, but they did taste great 

Its effectiveness is effective, my nails are very thin and my hair is rubbery, the flavor is delicious, its price is super good, the ingredients are very good and its packaging is beautiful.

Didn't work well took for 3 months and had no results, was disappointing to say the least. Packaging is nice easy access, hard to chew but are a good value

These work well, but give them time to work. It took approximately 2 months of consistently taking to see growth in my nails and hair . My nail and hairs grow longer and stronger.

This gummy smells and tastes so good. It's easy to chew and has an amazing texture. It is pricy but you get what you pay for. The packaging is generic.

I've purchase this vitamin and this is really good. I notice my nails growing and and my skin glows. As for as the taste, it's very fruity which I love.

 I have used this product a few times. It has good flavor and good taste but as far as my hair skin and nails I didn't notice much of a difference. Maybe I need to give it more time.

I took this pretty consistently and didn't see significant results. Maybe it was helping, but I didn't really see a big noticeable change that I felt I could contribute to taking the Biotin

I love this product so much. The gummy is great flavor so it's easy to eat. I use it for hair and skin, I hope they get better. It's easy to buy in store.
