i bought this when i thought i had problems with my nails and hair plus who cant use a little help to keep it all looking good and healthy...i fell in love and it is a med i take every day and have never been disappointed.

the gummy‘s have a great strawberry sweet taste to them. They're easy to eat unlike some gummy vitamins. I think they were just OK for my hair and my nails. I think they worked a lot better for my nails and my hair. 

These gummies taste so good and they help your hair, skin, and nails. The price is reasonable and the pink bottle it comes in is very cute and easy to spot.

I am on my third bottle, I use this all the time. They have a great taste to them not like some gummy‘s that taste like medicine LOL. I would definitely recommend this brand.

I use to take these everyday. They taste great the downside is I didn't notice a difference at all. I have not bought them again since. I think k it's a waste of money honestly. There are way better vitamins on the market
