I use this vitamin for couple of years now. It's does improve on my skin, hair and nail. It taste not sweer like candy. It's not expensive either. Great value

These gummies do seem to work well with consistent use, I just wish there were more flavor options, as I'm not a huge fan of the flavor. I've noticed more of a difference with these than other Hair, Skin, and nails supplements.
