These gummies are good if you want to start taking hair, nails, and skin vitamins. Later on you can upgrade to some more expensive ones but these are great and affordable.

Im not quite sure how effective these are but they taste amazing. They do tend to stick to each other in the bottle but I suppose that is normal for any sort of gummy.

I took these about a year ago for 3 months. For the price I paid I was disappointed in the results. My nails grew a little longer but did absolutely nothing for my hair which is where I really wanted to see results.
