I’ve tried these and they are really yummy tasting! If I can get it in a gummy I will find it 😆 they really helped with my skin and hair! My hair is actually down to my lower back, I like to keep it well maintained and these help.

Im not quite sure how effective these are but they taste amazing. They do tend to stick to each other in the bottle but I suppose that is normal for any sort of gummy.
