Hands down one of my favorite vitamins. These are a fun choice for a vitamin supplement. The vitamins taste great and they actually work. These taste great and are soft and easy to chew.

I don't know if it really helps with hair or nails but they taste really good, I have purchased more than once so that should day something. Texture is good just like a gummy and they are affordable and packaging is secure.
