i bought this when i thought i had problems with my nails and hair plus who cant use a little help to keep it all looking good and healthy...i fell in love and it is a med i take every day and have never been disappointed.

I got this after having my son and I feel it didn't do much. It does work but not as much as I'd like. They're very yummy I can say that. Color is red. It's a gummy

I like these gummies and have been taking them for a while because I can see a difference in my hair and nails, also they have a pretty good flavor. Overall the quality is good.

The taste and consistency was good, so I enjoyed taking these daily. Unfortunately, I didn't see a benefit after taking for some time, though I know others who swear by them.
