I used these vitamins for about 3 months and did not see any improvement with my hair and nails. I would not recommend. Once i stopped and did a different routine i saw more improvements.

These taste great, which isn't always the case with vitamins. Even when stale they're pretty good. It's a bit annoying that you have to take multiple and feels a bit expensive, but I guess that's typical. I didn't really notice a change however.

These taste really good and are easy to chew. This is the easiest way for me to take vitamins. Since I started taking these my hair grown quite a bit. Which is what i was hoping for..
