These hair, skin, and nail biotin vitamins taste really good. The packaging is pretty, the vitamins aren’t huge, and they smell great! I’ve seen a great improvement in the quality of my nails! My hair feels better and my skin feels smooth.

it only really helped grow my hair and cleared my skin slightly, but i have the habit of biting my nails so i wouldnt know if it worked in that section.
