This product is really good to use. It is not work right away. It takes time. If u could persistent use it about 1 or 2 months regularly, u will see the affect

The gummy itself is tasty, but not sure how helpful it is for my hair and nails. I took an entire bottle and didn’t see a major improvement, but it can’t hurt!
