They taste very good. It just tastes like a gummy bear but I do not really feel like these did much for me. I did not see any difference while taking them consistently.

I noticed a difference in my hair with using these. But I definitely noticed a difference in my nails! They become a lot stronger and longer with taking these vitamins! Added bonus, they tasted good too!
