I’ve been taking this gummies for about 7 years now and I love them. I can see a difference in my hair and nails growth. It’s been helping me with the appearance of my skin even though I have hormonal acne.

I usually take them in the orning before going to work. I enjoyed them but it gets really hard after 45 days. They will be sticky if they are in a hot steamy room. Highly recommend to btake them at night rather in the morning.

I’ve enjoyed these I’ve used them for a while . Easy way to get my needed vitamins quick and easy . Good pricing not too expensive and the taste is great.

it doesn’t rly grow your hair but makes ur nails super strong and grows fast. however does not grow ur hair faster or anything like that but still nice for nail strength
