I’ve had these and they are great! The texture and taste are really good and I did see a difference in my hair and nails! They got stronger and I love that they are gummy

I hated the flavor of this, I could not get past it. I do think that biotin has so many benefits and should be taken! But, this product is not how I will be taking it - can’t get past the taste.
