I used to buy these a lot. The flavor is spot on and doesn't leave a nasty aftertaste like many vitamins do. I definetly saw a different in my hair nail and skin health taking them for a period of time.

I think these work! It's hard to tell wether or not this really works. However I do think i saw a difference in the density in my nails. I have pretty thin nails and this seemed to harden them!

These are my favorite gummies for my hair skin and nails. They taste good, they aren't like you are chewing a tough steak to finish. Only two a day. I eat without a meal and I feel fine.
