These taste okay because they are full of sugar. I did not notice an improvement in my skin or nails. I think my hair grew faster but not necessarily thicker.

I like that Nature's Bounty provides almost all vitamins in gummies and in capsules or pill form. These gummies are super soft and have just a touch of a sweet strawberry taste.

I think these work! It’s hard to tell wether or not this really works. However I do think i saw a difference in the density in my nails. I have pretty thin nails and this seemed to harden them!

I love the effect of quality of the biotin and I like the ingredients and the packaging phrase value. I think that my hair grew and my nails a lot when I use this product and I didn’t have to worry about Hair growing other places.
