[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These vitamins are so yummy!!! Its hard to just take 2. I just started using them so idk yet how effective they are but Im hoping for the best as my nails do not grow.

First of all, I love the taste of these vitamins. That makes it easy to commit to taking them everyday. My hair and nails seem to be healthier since I’ve started taking these.

I didn't notice a difference in anything after taking these vitamins. I'm not sure if they want you to buy more just to make sure or if they just simply don't work. I will not be taking them again.

I definitely see a difference in how my hair and nails grow when I am taking this vitamin. I feel with a healthy diet and adequate water in take it has also helped my skin glow and look healthier.

These taste fine. My biggest issue was I used these for months and didn't see a difference in anything. Something that actually works are using prenatals. My hair grew a ton.
