[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received these from Influenster. Very disappointing that these gummies are neither vegan or vegetarian. Could not eat them. Nature's Bounty needs to modernize and develop vegan/vegetarian gummies.

Never sure on the delivery of nutrients. However, it’s easy to take. The thing I’m not pleased with this product is it has a petroleum product to make gummy and some sugar. That’s doesn’t really feel very healthy in my book.

I think this supplement is great for hair growth and skin rejuvenation. The taste is great and reminds me of strawberry gummy bear. The 80 mg Biotin is proven to be beneficial for metabolism.
