This product has lots of flavor. It took me a while to find the right vitamin for my hair skin and nails. Not many other vitamins compare. The vitamin was effective. I am very satisfied with the product.

I am using this gummy almost a year, taste good that’s help you feel easy to use everyday, and it works well, helps my hair , nails and skin getting better.

Besides tasting great these gummies made my skin look great. I wasn’t sure if I was just imagining it, so after I ran out, I noticed my skin again and realized these made a huge difference in my skin texture.

The taste and consistency was good, so I enjoyed taking these daily. Unfortunately, I didn't see a benefit after taking for some time, though I know others who swear by them.
