As someone with weak nails and color treated hair this biotin supplement has helped so much. In addition I am one that does not enjoy swallowing pills and these gummies save so much time. They have a good taste and are easy to eat. Overall 10/10

These gummies were very sweet and tender. The strawberry flavor is nice but they had a slight waxy consistency to them. I didn’t notice an increase in hair or nail growth though. I also wish this had some collagen in it.
