Taste Awful

Eh, I don't love these. I hate taking pills so I thought gummies were the way to go but these just taste awful to me and make me feel nauseous. They smell awful as well, the packaging is nice and the ingredients are fine though.

The Pills are way better

I switched to the gummies because I hate taking pills but for some reason it just feels like I'm eating candy. That's how sweet they are. I dont think the added sugars is beneficial to my hair so I'm just going to switch back to the pills.

Best tasting gummies

They taste amazing almost like candy. Very easy to open and baby proof sealed , to me it was worth what I paid for. And it works well for me but I wished they would add some more to the bottle it finished too quickly.

The effectiveness is really amazing and it shows. Makes my hair so nice and healthy. It makes it soft and shiny. The ingredients are alright. The packaging is simple. The price is alright

Good biotin sources for women

This Natures Bounty Biotin is quite good for women. It helps and improves for hairs, skins and nails. If you like gummies just go for it. I just don't like it much. It is mushy sometimes.

Easy to take daily vitamin

I think what's most notable about these vitamins is their taste and how easy they are to take daily. I notice a difference in the strength of my nails and shininess in my hair after a long time of using.

Fast growing and tastes amazing

These are so popular for a reason! They made my hair and nails grow so fast and they never looked so healthy! The flavor of the gummies are also delicious so it's hard to not eat them!
