Tastes good, not too sweet. Gummies are not too sticky in the mouth, so easily edible. I have not seen anything improvement in the quality of my hair or nails tough.

These gummies are a bit expensive when you remember that you have to repurchase this every month and a half. I have noticed my hair has gotten healthier from using this product but not really any skin or nails differences.

This product works great. It tastes good and is much better than a capsule. I noticed a difference in my skin and my hair and nails within a couple weeks. Would definitely recommend
