I took these for a few months and I feel like it made my nails stronger. I have weak nails but with these the nails became harder to bend which was nice! They also taste lovely which makes them easy to remember to take.

These vitamins helped me grow my hair, and to have stronger nails. They have a good taste, that's why it's easy to take them daily. The packaging is simple and doesn't take up much space. I would buy it again.
