I've literally been religiously taking this product for five years, and could never live without it. My hair and nails are so strong, and my skin suffers when I don't take it. The flavor is good, and it truly works for me.

I have mixed reviews on this. I personally don't think it did anything for me, to be honest. I took it like it suggested and I didn't truly notice a huge difference

This is a good product to take. They aren't huge pills and are easy to swallow. They have to be taken regularly. You will notice a difference when you take these.

These gummies taste amazing and I believe they really made a difference with my hair length and strength. Especially when used consecutively for a month or longer.

First off having take vitamins is such a chore so having it and gummy for him makes it not be a bore! I love the gummy‘s because they're so easy just to pop in my mouth and go about my day. Really recommend if you do not like taking pill forms. 

My wife takes these everyday to keep her hair stronger and longer. She prefer the gummy version because is easy to take and she can chew.also the flavor is very good. Not like medicine.
