I love how easy these gummies are to digest. These were my first go to for the vitamins I needed. The taste isn't too strong and taking 2 for the serving is doable.

I didn’t feel these were really effective for me. The quality and taste were good. Packaging is average and decent value. Contains a lot of sugar in the ingredients which I don’t care for.
