The gummies were tasty but I barely noticed any lengthening of my hair or nails. With other products, my hair grew 4 inches in 6 months. I’d skip these.

This is great for my nails. I have been taking them for a while and i have really noticied a difference in my nails. They dont break as easily and they are finally able to grow.

I’ve been taking these gummy vitamins for the past few years and I love them! The good thing about the gummies is you can just grab and go. But I do notice my hair and nails are stronger and my skin is healthier and I have less blemishes!
