I started taking these a while back over another brand (also made a poll about it) so far I've seen a little results they work great for my nails especially strengthening them so I can grow them naturally. Definitely recommend.

Great taste! I personally do not feel like I saw any dramatic results after taking these. I also took two rounds just to give it another, go! Besides, a tasting like candy I didn't really get much from this product
