These great tasting gummies are my go-to toys for biotin and their collagen supplements are great too. I noticed my nails are significantly stronger and healthier and fuller looking along with my hair on my head not the hair on my body.

These vitamins taste more like a snack then a healthy supplement. I love these and i am really starting to notice a difference in the overall health of my body.

I think these work! It’s hard to tell wether or not this really works. However I do think i saw a difference in the density in my nails. I have pretty thin nails and this seemed to harden them!

I wasn't a fan of these. I felt like they had a funny taste and honestly I didn't see as much of a result as I did with the regular tablets. The Gummi version falls short

Taste is good. Definitely helps for nails and skin. Not sure on the hair part. Didnt help me with my hair. But it may work for others. Don't knock it till you try it
