Delicious! Not sure if they did anything for hair or nails but they were tasty and easy to take. Expensive though for something questionably effective...

I used these gummies for a few months. I liked the taste of them. I don't know that they helped my hair or nails, but I believe I did learn to keep up with a routine, I just took these dummies out. I started using a pill instead.
