Since a being taking this gummy’s my hair is super strong and shinny. My nails have been growing so fast and strong! Im super satisfied! I really recommend this! Also the flavor is awesome so fruity! I feel confident and empowered!

Love taking these for my hair, skin, and nails. Makes my hair and nails grow strong and healthy. Love that they are chewable and taste good. You get a good amount for the money.

I used these vitamins for about 3 months and did not see any improvement with my hair and nails. I would not recommend. Once i stopped and did a different routine i saw more improvements.
