I wanted to try them out just to see if it would really do anything and for me they did nothing, they tasted good but I did not see any noticiable results from taking them

These gummies are good if you want to start taking hair, nails, and skin vitamins. Later on you can upgrade to some more expensive ones but these are great and affordable.

They taste good. I honestly didn't notice much of a difference in my hair, skin, or nails while taking these. They aren't expensive. Maybe they'll work for you.

Didn’t work well took for 3 months and had no results, was disappointing to say the least. Packaging is nice easy access, hard to chew but are a good value
