These are supposed to grow your hair, but I really don’t think they ever work. I used to take them every day like four of them and I don’t really notice a difference. 

I love these gummies! They are so easy to take. And they taste great too. Also, since I've been taking them. I've noticed that my hair specifically has been growing faster and that is softer as well.

Used these as daily routine for vitamins , the gummy’s are tasty, has that fruity taste not too sweet, it does it job, the price is not too bad if you don’t like taking medication then these gummy’s is good for!!

These gummy vitamins do taste good, but I’m not sure if they really work for growing out hair, skin, and nails. It is a good supplement to a healthy diet though.

Love this stuff, they have a really good taste. I take two a day and it’s been helping my nails become little stronger. My nails are less brittle now.

I tried these, but didn't like the taste and I am not sure if it works. I just stop taking it and stick to my old routine of making my healthy smoothies and working out.
