These gummies have been great to help my nails get stronger after years of biting them. My hair feels better but it’s going to take a few months to see a real difference. Would definitely recommend & they taste great too !

They didn't seem to help my hair much but definitely helped my nails. They grew well and were much stronger. A bonus that they taste good as well. I feel like I could eat them all. Will continue to purchase.
