Not necessarily with the hair on my head (because of the style it is in) but the hair on my arms has grown. My nails are the longest theyve been in awhile as well. I love this product! Its the only thing I've been able to use that actually helps strengthen my nails and helped them grow! I've noticed more benefits to my nails then i have to my hair. I did notice less breakage with my hair but the more significant change in the growth of my nails what amazing!
