It's hard for me to write too much on this review. It worked on my nails but that's it. My thyroid was not “normal” so it was hard to tell if it helped with my hair and skin.

I'm not sure if it really helps my skin and nails, but it's yummy lol. I have ready that biotin is supposed to be good for your hair and skin, and it's not pricey. I will buy again when it's on sale.
