Taking these gummy's, every day has helped my hair grow and my nails stronger. I have been on a hair care journey, and this is my favorite vitamin to take every day. It is a very affordable vitamin brand that you can buy in the packaging is pink who doesn't love pink.

I really cannot write enough good things about this product. I bought this in June 2024 for the very first time. As I've aged, I've found that my hair and nails are aging too. But my nails, have really, really struggled. I have literally tried many different supplements all made with biotin and at different strengths and NOT A SINGLE ONE worked. Nothing, Nada. My nails were just breaking, chipping, ripping - you name it. I had to ensure that I always had some kind of nail polish to try and shield them somewhat from breaking and even that didn't help. I finally happened to read an article (not an ad) that compared the top 5 supplements for hair, skin & nails. The #1 item on the list was extremely pricey and way above my budget. But this product was the #2 on the list and had high recommendations and was considerably more affordable. So I thought I would give it a try. And after using if for 3 months, I FINALLY have hit on a product that lives up to its hype!!! OMG!!! I seriously cannot get over how absolutely great this product is. My nails have done a complete 180. They have grown out without breaking, chipping, ripping - none of what I was experiencing beforehand. And they are strong and hard! I can actually go many days without any polish on them and they STILL hold up without breaking or chipping. I have to be honest here, I have not run across any other product for ANYTHING that has impressed me this much. I have since purchased this 3 more times and even got my daughter a bottle so she can try it out. I will continue to take this for as long as it's on the market. It's the one and only thing that has actually worked for my nails. My hair looks better too. But I was mostly interested in it for my nails and I just love, love, love this product. If you get it, it won't be an overnight fix....you'll need to be on this for a couple of months before you really notice the difference. But hang in there, you'll be amazed at the results. So of course...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

These vitamins taste like strawberries and they are such a cute pink color! I love eating them just for the taste and color sometimes. They really do help keep my nails strong. I notice a huge difference when I am taking these. However, I haven't noticed the biggest difference in my skin or hair with these.

I consistently used these vitamins for at least a year and did not see any difference. I honestly saw more of a difference from using prenatal vitamins and drinking a lot of water for the price that they are. It's definitely not worth it in my opinion. 

Really good taste and easy to eat and chew. I noticed that it really makes my nails and hair grow longer. I have bleach coloured treated hair and I noticed that these vitamins keep my hair strong and my hair doesn't break as easily. I noticed after taking these vitamins I have to cut my nails, almost once every three days. The taste is really nice and they taste just like candy. Really big bottle for the price and they last me about a month maybe more .

While these gummies are yummy and easy to incorporate into my daily routine, I have found that they tend to dry out before I can finish them all. Starting a fresh bottle is great, but once I get down to the end they get stuck to the plastic at the bottom or dry out.

Theses Biotin gummies were purchased simply to boost my hair growth. It came in a pink jar, properly sealed. It smelled a little bit tangy and tasted like sweet lime. I haven't noticed anything outstanding in both hair and skin since using it. I'd say it's an acquired taste.

This product is great for nail growth, I saw results within a week of using it. The gummies taste amazing, seriously- you wouldn't believe me if I said it were vitamins. They are relatively inexpensive, and can be found at any drugstore. As for hair growth, I haven't seen much progress, but I plan on continuing to take this for a few months.

I definitely noticed a difference in my hair and nails. I could definitely see more shine in my hair, and in fact, was even complimented on it! The most noticeable change I saw was in my nails. For the first time ever they grew long and strong! As far as my skin, I didn't necessarily notice any big visibly, but it was a bit softer to the touch. Added bonus, the gummies taste good! Overall, this product is great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the minimal skin change. For the hair and nails, it's definitely a 5 star.
