I used to use this gummy vitamin before I switched to soft gels and they honestly were great! The flavor was lovely, texture was totally fine, and they seemed to work over time.

My hair used to be really bad about falling out, especially when I showered. I started taking these and my hair isn't nearly as bad now. My nails used to be really brittle also, but these helped.

I bought some of this and it was an OK product. The taste wasn't that great but definitely did what it was supposed to do. I took them once a day and I definitely seen an improvement in my hair my skin and my nails within like a month.

These vitamins are pretty good. I used them for about 2 months and noticed a change in my nail growth. I didn't notice any changes with my hair. They are on the sweeter side, but I would still recommend them.
