They taste great and it’s only two small gummies instead of trying to swallow a bunch of pills. My hair is finally starting to look healthy.

They’re great gummies, you do have to take them consistently but they help with my nails mainly from what I’ve noticed! I do take other supplements so I wouldn’t say my skin or hair is completely affected by these but if you’re starting out in supplements these are good!
