So I think they're going to improve my hair skin and nails? No. I've been a hairstylist for over 20 years and haven't seen any conclusive evidence that biotin supplements will improve your hair or nails. But for a regular daily vitamin, I like them a lot

I use this product on a daily basis and have been for several months now. They don't taste bad like some other gummies do any finally started seeing some results with the hardness of my nails. Don't let these vitamins get warm though. They give off a bad chemical odor that almost made me think twice a out eating them but I'm still taking them anyway 😳🤣

Super easy to take, I've never ever finished a bottle of vitamins before, since these are chewy type I never missed a day and the bottle lasted me 2 months. I already purchased again but this time I bought the capsules because it has more vitamins and minerals. They taste great and I definitely saw the results. I totally recommend it to anyone

These are nice to have for a vitamin regime but man what a challenge to get them out of the bottle. They were all stuck together in a big clump and I had to dig with a fork to get them out and move them to an easier access container. Change the packaging please! Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure how they were going to work but my nails have really GROWN like fast, I cut my nails a few days before I tried them and a week later my nails were medium length. I can't tell if my hair has grown or not since I'm wearing a protective style but these vitamins are great, and they taste good.

I prefer the orange flavor to the strawberry but both are fine - this honestly tastes like a regular old fruit snack not like it’s a vitamin. As for the effectiveness I feel like these worked to help keep my skin clear and I did notice more fullness in my eye lashes but the thing is you have to take them consistently and you can’t stop - once you stop all progress goes away quickly.
