Super easy to take, I've never ever finished a bottle of vitamins before, since these are chewy type I never missed a day and the bottle lasted me 2 months. I like this girly little jar, so I chose them without reading reviews 😁 In taste, they are similar to candy, sweet and easy to chew. I didn't expect a strong effect from them, but when I noticed my hair a month later, I saw the result! My hair noticeably grew. Many of my friends also take these vitamins because they are high quality and have a good and effective composition. There are 80 gummies in the jar, so I have enough of them to complete the course.

However I did give them a shot for a few days, the taste is fine, the texture is a gummy bear like texture so yum! But I just cant justify the carbs!

When it comes to these vitamins for “hair, skin, and nails”, I personally think I’d much rather get these ones, especially since these ones are gummies! When it comes to taking vitamins, depending on how big they are, I occasionally struggle because I’ve had so many incidents where I’ve choked on the pill. I’ve never liked taking pills so when I get vitamins, I hope like heck that they aren’t huge so I’m able to not get nervous about taking them lol . So these gummies are absolutely WONDERFUL. Plus they taste honestly really good for being vitamin gummies. 😋

Natures Bounty Hair Skin & Nails has always been a staple in my vitamin cabinet. My preferred form is a gummie, so these are perfect and have a great flavor of strawberry. These have always help with my skin and nails noticeably. It has probably helped with my hair as well, but nothing I was able to pinpoint for sure.

I have actually used them for years before receiving them from influenster as well. They are delicious gummies, and I've noticed a big change in the quality of my nails since I started taking them. Nails are shinier, thicker, and grow faster. It's alot harder to tell if it is helping my hair or not. I am growing it out from a buzz cut and it's grown about 8 inches in almost a year. Fun to eat, easiest way to take a vitamin ever.
