Though I dont know if the trial period was long enough to say I noticed a difference in my hair or nail health. I plan on continuing to try them and see.

These are nice to have for a vitamin regime but man what a challenge to get them out of the bottle. They were all stuck together in a big clump and I had to dig with a fork to get them out and move them to an easier access container. Change the packaging please! Thank you
