The taste is great but the gummies have a strange smell and texture when youre eating them. They taste really good and you know sometimes vitamin gummies dont really taste that good. Also, Ive noticed that my nails have gotten stronger. I dont always get my nails done because as a photographer having long nails can get into the way so these gummies have helped keeping my nails strong. My skin has also gotten much clearer and I havent gotten as many breakouts as before Ive started taking these vitamins.
