Easy to chew, it is a softer gummy, which I like because you can chew and swallow quickly. I have also noticed my nails have grown alot since starting to take the gummies.

Not only are they delicious, but I can tell they have helped strengthen my nails and my hair has some extra length to it! Sometimes I have to remind myself I can only have 2 a day, (they are that yummy!) I can definitely see myself repurchasing these once I run out. I also love the packing! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm one of those people that has to be really careful when taking Hair Skin and Nail pills. Within a week or two with many brands my skin acts out due to what I believe is the biotin content causing severe breakouts that I otherwise never have. That being said when I received this in a box for review I knew I had to take it for at least a week to make sure I could give a honest review. Most of the other polls I have taken in the past have had biotin content of 5000 MG and these gummies are 2500 MG, but after a week my skin did not react so it has been positive. I will need more time to see if my hair grows but so far so good! My only gripe is they are strawberry flavored but do not taste like strawberry to me but are a good flavor anyways.

I received a complimentary bottle in my #BossBabeVoxBox and they taste SO amazing. Seriously they taste like candy. Im really picky about gummies, and I just love these. They are sweet but they arent too sweet, they have the perfect balance of sweetness and strawberry tang. The texture is perfect too! They arent hard gummies that get stuck in your teeth, they are squishy and soft. They make your mouth happy. My skin is already glowing after one days use! I cant wait to see how it works on my hair and nails.

So, when I received these complimentary in my Voxbox, I was excited. The sad thing is I notice no difference in my nails, skin or hair other than I'm not shedding as much hair as i usually do. Other than that though, nothing has changed. They also leave a weird taste in my mouth. I don't recommend them. As they didn't work for me. Also, I wouldn't purchase them on my own. I'm a bit disappointed because I was hoping they would work out.

I think these gummy’s are effective good quality they have a lot of ingredients in them. Nice packaging I like the strawberry flavors and they’re not hard they’re absolutely soft so I’ve been using it for months and I have noticed that my hair has been growing.
